Congratulations to all of the participants at Helotes’ first annual 4th of July Hot Dog Eating Contest at the Old Town Helotes Family Food Park. It was a fun ride from the very first bite to the last, cheered on by an amazing crowd and some fierce competitors.
Thank you, Ken Dempsey, for the hot dog hat (it definitely made a statement) and for a special afternoon that brought together friends, family, laughter, and, of course, plenty of hot dogs.
